Discounts Already Included in the Pricing Structure

All the prices are shown on your proforma invoice already include a discount for the payment method made available to you unless otherwise stated. If you choose to opt for a different payment method after the proforma invoice has been generated then please note we will then amend the proforma invoice to show either an increase or decrease in the price according to; the payment method you wish to use, compared to the one offered to you initially, using the below, fixed discount rates.

For the avoidance of doubt please note that we do NOT apply any surcharges to any payment method that we accept, however, we do give additional discounts for certain payment methods as described below:

Discounts Rates – Bank Transfer = 4% / Credit Card/Debit Card/CB = 3% / PayPal = 0%

Partial Payments By Prior Agreement

In some cases, we may agree to split your invoice into two payments, by prior agreement with us, in such cases, the second payment is required no later than 7 days after the first payment, although we may agree to longer periods in exceptional cases, on a case by case basis, and entirely at our discretion. Late fees for second payments are strictly calculated on a daily rate of 5% (that is to say that 5% of the invoice total is calculated on day 8 after the initial payment and this amount is then added to the amount owing on a daily basis until such a time that the invoice is paid in full).

Any additional charges will either be updated to the owing invoice on a daily basis or be invoiced separately after payment
